Why did my boat sink?

Build your boat on land, then push it or use a Lead to launch it. If it's already sunk, too bad, make another one.

How do I make yeast starter or pineapple fiber?

Make sure you dry the fruit first using a Drying Mat. Then follow the rest of the steps for bread or pineapple leather.

How do I make jam?

It's easiest with a Vat. Follow the steps in that section, but you don't need to make a Jarring Station or Lids unless you want to automate it. Just right-click the Vat of Fruity Fluid with an empty jar, then right-click it again to take it out, and it should be full of jam and sealed.

Make sure you close the lid on the Vat with + !

How do I force-load a chunk?

Open your map with , then shift-left-click the chunk. Shift-right-click to unclaim.

To increase the number of forceloaded chunks, use /ftbchunks admin extra_force_load_chunks @p set X, where X is the new limit.

How do I make rubber?

Sticky Resin is no longer what you are looking for! First, grow some Latex-producing trees and make some Tree Taps. Place a tree tap on the trunk of each tree (more taps on a tree just splits the output). You can collect the Latex that comes out with a Barrel.

It's quickest to cook your latex in a Vat. Combine your latex with Sulfur powder in the vat (put the GregTech dust in a Quern to get the powder), add heat, and close the lid on the Vat with + . You will get Vulcanized Latex which you can vacuumize in a Vacuum Chamber for that long-awaited Rubber!

Later on, the LV Centrifuge lets you get Raw Rubber Pulp directly from the logs of latex-producing trees.
